Ride Beyond Limits
Our Terms, Your Journey

Itinerary Requirements: Cross Tours requires a comprehensive written itinerary (30 days) to be submitted before your trip departs. After pricing and signing the contract, any modifications to the itinerary may incur extra fees or lead to trip cancellation. Consequently, any changes made post-contract signing must receive approval from Cross Tours. Additionally, no alterations to the itinerary are permitted (14) business days before departure.

Cancellations: Once Cross Tours has confirmed receipt of the final payment, all payments become non-refundable. Cross Tours maintains the authority to negotiate the cancellation policy terms, with last-minute bookings assessed individually.

Final Payments: All final payments, excluding the deposit, must be made at least 30 days before the departure date of any trip. Payments can be processed online or by contacting Cross Tours directly through phone or email.

Delays: Cross Tours shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors such as accidents, mechanical failures, adverse road conditions, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Should the carrier determine that conditions render the operation of the charter service unsafe or impractical, liability will not be assumed for any reason. Any additional expenses incurred, including meals, lodging, and transportation, will be the responsibility of the chartering party.

Damage/Cleanliness to Motorcoach: Should excessive cleaning be required, the chartering party will incur charges based on the time needed to restore the motorcoach to its original condition. Any damages to seats, windows, or other equipment will also be billed accordingly.

Baggage: Cross Tours is not responsible for any personal belongings, including musical instruments, sports gear, or luggage, that are stored in or beneath the coach.

Drivers Hours of Service: Drivers are legally restricted to a maximum of 10 hours of actual driving time, after which they must take a mandatory 8 hours off duty before resuming driving. Additionally, a driver can be on duty for no more than 15 hours, followed by a required 8 consecutive hours of rest before they can drive again. This on-duty time includes activities such as parking, refueling, and servicing the vehicle, as well as travel time between the garage and the pickup location. Itineraries that do not adhere to these regulations may incur extra fees, require changes, or necessitate the use of relief drivers.
