Food and drink are permitted on the coach; however, your group must ensure that the coach is cleaned before the trip concludes. If the cleanliness standards are not upheld, any associated cleaning fees will be billed to the group.

We regret to inform you that animals are not permitted on our coaches due to allergy concerns; however, service dogs are welcome on all trips.

Do you use updated & inspected vehicles?

Our drivers are required to conduct a Pre-trip inspection prior to the departure of any charter and a Post-trip inspection at the conclusion of said trip. Our fleet undergoes bi-monthly preventative maintenance inspections and a comprehensive maintenance service every three months to ensure every detail is addressed before hitting the road. As of June 2025, Cross Tours proudly holds a Satisfactory safety rating, the highest possible.
